AeroCheck
Available in Single and Dual
Frequency models the AeroCheck Flaw Detectors deliver the best in Eddy Current
performance, with rotary inspection capabilities as standard, together with
variety of advanced features.
The AeroCheck 2 is
the single frequency EC flaw detector, 10Hz-20MHz, offering all the advanced
features, including Loop, Guides and Trace, plus Rotary, but without
Conductivity capability.
The AeroCheck+ offers
the end user dual frequency capability, with an excellent Frequency Range from
10Hz to 12.8MHz, with Rotary Drive Capabilities as standard, but in addition
offers Auto-mix and Conductivity Measurement.
The AeroCheck Series
can be used with all reflection, bridge and absolute probes from all
manufacturers and uses industry standard 12-Way Lemo and Co-axial Lemo 00
connectors, reducing the need to use adapters.

Features
Auto-Mix
Simplifies the sometimes complex
procedure of mixing different frequency signals, which can be achieved on the
AeroCheck+ through a series of easy steps. Setting the Auto-mix itself is a
simple as pressing key.
Innovating “Loop” Feature
“Loop” is a convenient way of capturing a live repetitive signal and then adjusting the instrument setting especially Phase, Gain and Filters in order to simplify the task of optimising the parameters.
“Guides” Feature
“Guides” allow the user to
display a slide show that can be created easily with commonly used deskcop
software. The benefit of this is that instructions, tutorials, and procedures
for the inspection can be added to the AeroCheck+ very quickly and the NDT
inspector can easily swich between the Inspection itself and the “Guides” while
performing a live test.
Trace
The trace function allows a reference waveform to be stored on the screen and appears along with the graticule behind the live spot. This allows the operator to readily compare the live data with the reference calibration.
Operator defined “soft keys”
There are four soft key positions
for operator selectable icons for frequently used functions and a fifth
position for the last menu function used. Each saved instrument setting can be
associated with a unique, one press set of access functions. There are also two
front panel hard keys that can also be easily programmed for rapid one press to
instrument functions.
