Daraclean 212
Neutral Aqueous Cleaner
A foaming, all-purpose neutral
cleaning solution meant for a broad spectrum of soils, Daraclean® 212 is
formulated with a blend of surfactants, emulsifiers, and corrosion inhibitors,
and is safe to use on most metals, while being non-aggressive with aluminum and titanium alloys. It boasts excellent soil-rejecting qualities, suspends
soils and is designed to be filtered and skimmed to extend the cleaner's life
beyond that of emulsion-type cleaners.
Daraclean 212 is designed for immersion, ultrasonic
and steam methods of use, in concentrations up to 25 percent. Meets or exceeds
most aerospace industry specifications for aqueous cleaners and comes in 5 and
55 gallon containers. Foaming action provides superior cleaning of blind holes
and complex structures but is not suitable for spray applications. No
phosphates or silicates mean that Daraclean 212 meets environmental
requirements in critical applications.
Daraclean 212 is a high-performance cleaner for aluminum, anodized aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, nickel and superalloys, plated metals, stainless steel and titanium, and is also can clean copper. It works best on water soluble oils, medium and heavy weight oils, machining fluids, synthetic coolants, and buffing compounds.
