Daraclean 282GF
Alkaline Aqueous Cleaner
Daraclean 282GF is designed for immersion,
ultrasonic and spray applications, and is safe for use on most metals. It is
non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, and can be used
in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is moderately alkaline with low foaming
levels for use in spray applications, contains inhibitors to protect metal
surfaces from corrosion and it is also tolerant of hard water.
Designed as a high-performance cleaner on aluminum,
anodized aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron,
copper, magnesium, nickel, super alloys and plated metals, it also works well
on titanium.
Daraclean 282GF is excellent at removing
water-soluble oils, machining fluid, synthetic coolants, medium weight and lube
oils, motor oils, buffing compounds and heavy petroleum oils.
Daraclean 282GF is formulated with soil-rejecting
properties, which suspend the solids in the cleaner after lifting them from the
test material. When the soils have settled out and lighter greases coalesce and
float, the cleaner solution can be filtered and skimmed, extended the effective
lifespan of the cleaner significantly beyond an emulsion type cleaner.
